Checkout+ Return Shipping Coverage

Lancaster Archery Supply now offers Checkout+, an affordable return shipping option for online retail orders with qualifying items* (Checkout+ is only available for orders in the US and is not offered for phone & in-store purchases). For your convenience, you can opt to purchase return coverage at checkout. This gives you access to a return label for any qualifying item* in your order – perfect for returns or exchanges.

If you choose not to add return coverage at checkout, you can still initiate a return later and purchase a return shipping label for a low fee. 

Phone & Store Purchases

All returns or exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA). To obtain a RA number for your return or exchange, please complete the Return Authorization Form. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Return Details

  • Qualifying items* purchased from Lancaster Archery Supply can be returned for a refund or exchange within 60 days from the date of receipt.
  • Refunds are processed back to your original method of payment or Lancaster Archery Supply store credit.
  • All returned items must be in new condition with all original parts and packaging.
  • Due to liability and warranty restrictions, certain items** must be returned unused and factory sealed.
  • Lancaster Archery Supply reserves the right to refuse the return of any product that is used, damaged, or deemed unsellable for any reason.

Shipping & Order Errors

If we have made an error while fulfilling your order, please call, chat, or email us immediately, and we will do everything possible to correct the situation. Lancaster Archery Supply will cover return shipping costs or provide a refund for shipping if we’ve made an error or if your items arrive damaged or defective.

European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal & Legal Guarantee

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase for any reason up to 14 days of you receiving the goods, or receipt by a third party that you designate.  A withdrawal from the purchase agreement includes the option to cancel the order prior to shipping or the return of the product after receipt.

To exercise this right, you must notify Lancaster Archery Supply of your decision to cancel or return your purchase by submitting our digital cancellation/return request form, available here.

If you elect to cancel or return your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are notified of your withdrawal before shipment, or 14 days after the inbound return label is scanned.  Goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You, as the customer, are responsible for the all cost of returning the goods. Provided, however, that if the EU consumer’s request for order cancellation, return, or request for a refund was initiated from a withdrawal from contract, where the initial contract required such customers to pay the postage/shipping costs of the return, then the EU consumer shall pay the postage/shipping costs of the return.

Lancaster Archery Supply ships international orders on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. By placing an order, customers agree to pay any duties and taxes directly to the carrier at the time of delivery. Any request for duty refunds must be made separately directly with the carrier or customs authority.

In addition to the right of withdrawal, EU consumers are protected by a minimum 2-year legal guarantee on goods. Lancaster Archery Supply is responsible for defects or items that do not match their description if the issue arises within 2 years of delivery. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement within a reasonable time. If repair or replacement is not possible, you may instead receive a price reduction or a full or partial refund. We will cover all costs required to bring the product into conformity, including shipping, labor, and materials.  Unless proven otherwise, any defect that appears within 12 months of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
