Checkout+ Return Shipping Coverage

Lancaster Archery Supply now offers Checkout+, an affordable return shipping coverage option for all online retail orders with qualifying items*. For your convenience, you can opt to purchase return coverage at checkout. This gives you access to a return label for any qualifying item* in your order – perfect for returns or exchanges.

If you choose not to add return coverage at checkout, you can still initiate a return later and purchase a return shipping label for a low fee.

Phone & Store Purchases

Checkout+ is not offered for phone & store purchases. All returns or exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA). To obtain a RA number for your return or exchange, please complete the Return Authorization Form. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.




  • Qualifying items* purchased from Lancaster Archery Supply can be returned for a refund or exchange within 60 days from the date of receipt.
  • Refunds are processed back to your original method of payment or Lancaster Archery Supply store credit.
  • All returned items must be in new condition with all original parts and packaging.
  • Due to liability and warranty restrictions, certain items** must be returned unused and factory sealed.
  • Lancaster Archery Supply reserves the right to refuse the return of any product that is used, damaged, or deemed unsellable for any reason.

Shipping & Order Errors

If we have made an error while fulfilling your order, please call, chat, or email us immediately, and we will do everything possible to correct the situation. Lancaster Archery Supply will cover return shipping costs or provide a refund for shipping if we’ve made an error or if your items arrive damaged or defective.
