FREE SHIPPING
We offer Free Standard Ground shipping on qualifying orders of $99 or more to addresses within the contiguous United States. A "Free Shipping" option will be provided during checkout. *Excludes products designated as Oversize and Truck Ship.

ORDER PROCESSING
Ground Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional 1-7 business days for ground delivery. Please note that delays are possible during peak shopping days or sale events. For orders that include products that are temporarily out of stock, special order, or MTO additional processing time is needed before your order ships. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. ET or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Business days are considered Monday through Friday and do not include weekends and holidays.

Expedited Shipping
Orders with expedited shipping will be processed and shipped the same day if received by 12:00 p.m. ET. Orders placed on Friday with Next Day delivery will be delivered on the next business day, typically Monday, unless Monday is a holiday. If Saturday delivery is needed, please contact us.
Business days are considered Monday through Friday and do not include weekends and holidays.

Alaska & Hawaii
We offer USPS & UPS service to Alaska & Hawaii. In most cases, USPS is the most economical shipping method. While expedited shipping is available, transit times cannot be guaranteed.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
All products are shipped from our distribution center in Leola, Pennsylvania unless designated as dropshipped from the manufacturer. Transit time within the U.S. can vary depending on the selected method, destination, product availability, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Typically, packages arrive at their destination within 1-5 days.
Orders that include Temporarily Out of Stock, Special Order, or MTO products may arrive at different times.
Estimated delivery dates don't apply to:

SHIPMENT NOTIFICATIONS
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email notifying you that your shipment is on the way. You will receive a second email when your order is out for delivery. A final email will inform you that your order has been delivered.
Order Tracking
We encourage you to track your order online. You can view your order status and tracking information via the Order Status page by clicking the link in the notification emails or viewing the order within My Account. Please note that tracking information often takes 24-48 hours to update with the carrier.
LTL Order Tracking
LTL freight carriers will typically contact you with a delivery date. Please make sure that you inspect the shipment at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the shipment, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.

Shipping methods and rates are calculated based on the products in the shopping cart and the shipping destination. The applicable methods and rates are displayed in checkout. Not all methods are available to all destinations.
STORE PICKUP (BOPIS)
We offer a BOPIS (Buy Online, Pickup In Store) option for Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland customers.
P.O. BOXES
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that some products cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box and will require a physical address.
APO/FPO/DPO
As a Thank You for your service, we offer Free Standard Ground shipping on orders to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK
Products designated “Temporarily Out of Stock” are expected to be in stock within 30 days and can still be ordered. Please contact us for more information on a product’s availability or estimated ship date.
SPECIAL ORDER
Products designated “Special Order” are not stocked in our warehouse but can be special ordered and are expected to be in stock within 2-3 weeks. Please contact us for more information on a product’s availability or estimated ship date.
DROP SHIP
Products designated “Drop Ship” will ship directly from the manufacturer; delivery options and/or expedited shipping are unavailable. Shipping times will vary depending on product availability. Please contact us for a current delivery estimate before ordering. Products include a notification on the product page and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO, U.S. Territories, or International addresses.
OVERSIZE
Products are designated “Oversize” due to the weight and/or dimensions. Products include a notification on the product page and are not eligible for shipping promotions.
TRUCK SHIP - LTL DELIVERY
Products designated “Truck Ship” must be delivered by LTL freight due to the weight and/or dimensions and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO, U.S. Territories, or International addresses. Products include a notification on the product page and are not eligible for shipping promotions.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:

Please allow 2-4 business days for tracking to update on the carrier’s site

All freight orders are delivered curbside

Removal of packaging or pallets is not included

Carriers will typically contact you beforehand with a delivery date. You may be responsible for holding fees if delivery is not arranged within a reasonable time (per carrier’s discretion).

You can request specific dropoff locations such as next to your garage. Please note this is at the driver’s discretion and you may be responsible for any fees from the carrier for this extra service.

We recommend someone be present when your order is delivered to sign the Proof of Delivery (POD).

Before signing the POD, check your order to make sure you received the correct items and they are not damaged.
HAZARDOUS
Products designated “Hazardous” include a notification on the product page and must be shipped ground. They cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO, U.S. Territories, or International addresses.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are unable to ship the following brands/products:
New Jersey
Natural, deer-derived hunting lures are restricted from shipping to New Jersey.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping via USPS, UPS, and DHL.
Duty and Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and other fees, The recipient is responsible and may be required to provide payment to the carrier before release. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your Customs office for duties, taxes, and restricted items information.
Restricted Brands & Countries /Territories
Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are unable to ship the following brands/products:

Easton products are restricted from shipping into Japan & EU.

Bowtech products are restricted from shipping into Europe.

Leupold and Jetboil are restricted from shipping outside of the United States.
Surcharges

A $20.00 surcharge will be applied to UPS rates to shipping addresses in Saudi Arabia.

Yes! The available shipping methods and rates will be displayed based on the shipping address and the products in your cart.
How long will it take to ship my order?

Where can I check the status of my order?

Do you charge sales tax?
As required by law, sales tax is determined by the state where your order is shipped. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order total at checkout.
