Sweepstakes begins (TBD) at (12:01am EST) and ends (TBD) at (11:59 pm EST) ("Sweepstakes Period").
Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void in where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees of Lancaster Archery Supply and their family members, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their advertising, sweepstakes and production agencies, or wireless carriers/ participating wireless providers are not eligible to enter.
To Enter: You may enter the sweepstakes in either of two ways: By text messaging from your mobile phone or by mail during the Sweepstakes Period. To enter by text messaging from your mobile phone, text the word (SWEEPS) to the number 52154 and you will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes. You may enter 1 time(s) per promotion.
In case of dispute as to the identity of a text message entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the mobile telephone number. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned a mobile telephone number by the wireless carrier or as shown on the carrier’s records. Text entries must be received no later than (TBD end date) at (11:59 pm EST) and mail entries must be submitted no later than (TBD end date) at (11:59 pm EST). Text messaging method of entry requires 2-way text messaging capable phone and digital service. Text messaging is not available in all areas in the U.S.
Winners will be chosen by random selection on (TBD end date). All messages to and from your phone may lead you to incur message and data rate fees consistent with your Wireless Carrier plan. Text the word STOP to 52154 to cancel text messages sent to your phone.
No purchase necessary to enter by mail. To enter offline, you must mail a 3″ x 5″ card to Lancaster Archery Supply, Gift Card Text Sweepstakes, 21 Graybill Road, Leola, PA 17540. The card must include the following information in legible, hand-printed or typed English: your full legal name, complete home postal address, home telephone number with area code, email address, and name of the Contest. You may enter 1 time(s) per promotion.
Odds of winning a sweepstakes are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. A list of winners can be obtained by sending a request to support@lancasterarchery.com, or by mail from Lancaster Archery Supply, 21 Graybill Road, Leola, PA 17540.
Prize: The prize is a (Prize TBD) and has a retail value of (Prize amount TBD), and will be awarded on (TBD delivery date) and delivered by email to the winner. Winner must provide an email address when notified. Winner must be 18 years or older. Sponsors are not responsible for any fees, costs or additional charges resulting from use of the prize.
All prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed except by sponsors, who reserve the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All expenses not expressly included in these rules, and all federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
General Conditions: All winners will be notified by the sponsor via text message, email and/or telephone. The winner will be required to sign and return a notarized affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release that must be returned within 30 days of notification attempt or an alternate prize winner will be selected. Winner by acceptance of the prize agrees to release the sponsors, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, wireless carriers/participating wireless providers, and their respective advertising, promotional and production agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with participation in the sweepstakes, receipt, ownership or use or misuse of the prize or parts thereof or while preparing for, participating in and/or travelling to or from any prize related activity, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsors, whose decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes shall be final. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in this sweepstakes or these official rules. By accepting this prize, the winner grants to sponsors the right to use the winners name, address and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation to or permission from the winner, unless prohibited by law. All entries become the property of the sponsors and will not be returned or acknowledged. Neither sponsors, nor their parent, subsidiary or affiliate companies, nor their promotional agencies shall have any obligation or responsibility with regard to: (I) Entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (II) Entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or technical error of any kind, (III) Telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, internet or computer or communications malfunctions, failures or difficulties. Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or in the operation of the website or otherwise violating these rules. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify this sweepstakes if this sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these official rules, participants agree that the dispute will be resolved by applying the laws of the State of Pennsylvania within and by the courts of the State of Pennsylvania. Sweepstakes are void where prohibited.
