The Concept X was Hoyt’s greatest ever target bow. The Concept XTS built upon that winning platform.
The Concept X was so favored by shooters worldwide that Hoyt knew radical changes would be unwise. The Concept XTS retains the same basic geometry of the Concept X, but with tweaks to cutouts to optimize the flex profile and strain – this lead to a 10-15% vibration loss. The SCTR 2.0 cam’s draw force features a softer front end and back wall for an overall smoother drawing experience when compared to the Concept X.
Hoyt also brought back the incredible XTS tuning system to the Concept XTS – this allows you to paper tune with just the turn of al Allen key, no bow press needed. It is the only integrated tuning system that can correct vertical and lateral tears at once.

- Sector 2.0 Cam System: The SCTR 2.0 cam features a softer front-end and back-end with more energy stored in the center of the cycle. The result is a smoother draw while achieving more performance and maintaining the wall feel of the original SCTR cam. The SCTR 2.0 cam also improves string tracking, eliminating cable splitter contact issues.
- XTS Tuning System: The XTS Tuning System delivers quick, simple, and precise tuning—no press required. Unlike most systems that only fix left & right tears, XTS also corrects high & low tears, making it a complete solution, and XTS won't change your point of impact after tuning adjustments are made. Just a simple turn of an Allen key and you’ll be shooting bullet holes in no time.
- The Hoyt Concept XTS riser produces less sound, less hand shock, promotes string tension, and increases bow efficiency when compared to previous Hoyt risers. The stepped shoot-through riser works to reduce twist and flex.
- The Hoyt TXL Limbs possess the most torsional stability of any Hoyt target limb, are the shortest ever Hoyt target limb, are optimized for the Sector cam system, and improve the efficiency and shot experience with the Concept risers.
- WireWRX Bowstrings represent a project years in the making from Hoyt. State-of-the-art string making equipment and material that were designed to mesh perfectly with Hoyt bows. The WireWRX strings are essential in ensuring optimal speed, tunability, and vibration/noise reduction for your Hoyt.
