An all-purpose call that's easy to learn, the HD™ Hen Series W-Cut Mouth Call delivers a variety of true-to-life turkey sounds. Its three reeds and expanded surface area allow you to create fantastic two-tone raspy yelps, along with softer purrs and clucks that toms can't resist. Hands-free operation helps you minimize movement and stay focused when you're ready to shoot.

  • Three reeds
  • Reeds: Latex
  • Frame: Aluminum
  • Handmade in the U.S.A.
     

Technique:

  • Place the call in the roof of your mouth with the printed K&H logo on top and the reeds facing out.
  • Place your tongue against the reeds, then apply pressure.
  • Push air from your throat to produce notes.
  • Yelp: With pressure applied to reed, say the words "chick" or "chuck" with even rhythm.
  • Cluck: With pressure applied to reed, say the word "puck" with even rhythm.
  • If the call feels too large for your mouth, trim tape up to 1/16".
