Uukha Selenga ILF Recurve Limbs
Description
The Selenga, with 80% carbon and 20% glass, is a good alternative to the Gobi, as it is even lighter for more speed and stability through the shot. This limb is ideal for archers who are looking for great performance
- Nature limbs have the same profile and construction as the target limbs with fewer graphics and are dedicated to field, 3D, and hunting applications
- The S-Curve profile (S for Smoothness, Speed, and Stability) combines the best attributes of our previous Curve and Xcurve limbs.
- Faster limbs improve accuracy, especially in windy conditions, the lower trajectory means less time in the air, less wind drift, better sight marks, and easier unmarked estimations at longer distances.
- Smooth drawing helps when shooting many arrows by helping you maintain proper technique as if you were using a lower-poundage bow.
- Draw force Curve (DFC) means less slope at your draw length equaling a smoother draw and is equivalent to an increase of only about 3.5% during the last inch of the draw cycle
- Stability comes from the limbs’ torsional stiffness. This acts at two levels: first, if your limbs resist torsion, it will be very difficult to apply torque to the riser, and your bow will remain in line; second, when the arrow accelerates, nock travel will be straighter resulting in better grouping.
- We have upgraded the Monolith Carbon with new lay-ups to reduce mass and stresses, and are made from many unidirectional tapes of prepreg carbon, molded and fused together in CNC molds. This makes our limbs light, strong, and resistant to delamination.
- The limbs are made with a screwless design that has enabled us to reduce the maximum thickness and mass weight while keeping the ILF standard dimensions and redesigning the dovetail lowering the stresses around the hole
- Matte finish with standard decal
- Length (with 19" Riser): Short (60"), Medium (62"), Long (64")
- Weight: 30 - 55 lbs in 5-pound increments
NOTE: Uukha Formula adapters cannot be used with S-Curve limbs.
