Every year, Lancaster Archery Supply hosts the Lancaster Archery Classic in an effort to share with the world our passion for indoor target archery.There are multiple ways that you can watch and follow the action at this year’s event, Jan. 26-28.For global Internet users, Lancaster Archery Supply will broadcast every second of the Classic on our YouTube channel and our Facebook page. You can access the live feed for the event through our website at https://www.lancasterarchery.com/archery-classic-videos.We will cover each of the three qualification lines on Friday, with live commentary about the archers and the equipment being used at the Classic. Those lines begin at 8 a.m., noon and 4 p.m. Each line lasts about 3.5 hours.On Saturday morning, we will bring you broad coverage of the elimination matches, with booth commentary to keep you oriented on the progression of the tournament. Scores will be uploaded to Rcherz in real time as the competitors record the arrows on scoring tablets.If you are able to come out for a day or two to watch the action, we invite you to attend the 2018 Lancaster Archery Classic for free. The tournament is being held in the Spooky Nook Sports Complex, 75 Champ Blvd., Manheim, PA.Admission is free, however, Spooky Nook charges $5 for parking. There will be plenty of seating on the field behind the archers, as well as in an elevated seating area above the field. New, highly visible scoreboards on each target matt will allow spectators to follow the scoring throughout the event.By attending the event in person on Saturday, you also will have the chance to watch our Victory Youth Trophy Tournament. This is a special competition open to young archers under the age of 21, which is designed to give them big-time tournament experience at a fraction of the cost and time commitment. This competition is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. Saturday. It will not be part of our televised coverage.Competition will run from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m. on Saturday; and 8 a.m.-3 p.m. on Sunday.
